1. 수집하는 개인정보
앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 기기 식별자 등 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인 기능도 없습니다.
2. 마이크·오디오 입력과 소리
- 앱은 사용자가 허용한 경우에만 마이크(오디오 입력)를 사용합니다. 허용 여부는 iOS·macOS 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 마이크로 들어온 소리는 측정·분석·효과 처리에만 쓰이며, 회사로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 소리를 파일로 남기는지는 앱마다 다르며, 아래 앱별 항목에 적었습니다.
3. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
앱이 제대로 동작하도록 설정값과 앱 안에서 만든 결과가 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 회사로 전송되지 않으며 회사는 볼 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. iCloud 또는 컴퓨터로 기기를 백업하면 Apple의 백업 정책에 따라 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다.
4. 내보내기와 공유
사용자가 직접 내보내기·공유를 누른 경우에만 파일이 만들어지고 iOS·macOS 공유 창(또는 저장 창)이 열립니다. 파일을 어디로 보낼지는 사용자가 고르며, 그 이후의 처리는 사용자가 선택한 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다. 회사는 이 파일을 받지 않습니다.
5. 앱 내 구입
유료 기능은 Apple의 App Store 인앱 결제로만 판매합니다. 결제와 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하며, 회사는 사용자의 결제 수단이나 Apple 계정 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 구입 여부를 확인하기 위해 Apple이 기기에 제공하는 구입 기록만 확인합니다.
6. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 이전
앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나, 처리를 위탁하거나, 국외로 이전하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고, 분석, 추적을 위한 외부 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
7. 어린이의 개인정보

8. 사용자의 권리

앱별 내용
ALauris — 소음 측정 iPhone · iPad · Mac
- 마이크: 소리 크기(dB)와 주파수를 실시간으로 계산하는 데만 씁니다. 소리는 녹음되거나 파일로 저장되지 않습니다.
- 백그라운드 측정: 사용자가 켠 경우에만 앱이 화면 밖에서도 측정을 계속합니다(iPhone·iPad). Mac에서는 창을 닫아도 메뉴 막대에서 측정을 계속할 수 있습니다. 이때 운영체제의 마이크 사용 표시가 나타납니다.
- 기기에 저장: 앱 설정, 교정 값과 교정 기록, 기기 모델명(기본 교정값 선택용), 사용자가 불러온 마이크 보정 파일, 측정 기록(1초 단위 소리 크기 수치), 배경소음 평가 결과와 사용자가 입력한 공간 이름·조건·위치 메모.
- 내보내기: 사용자가 누른 경우에만 CSV·PDF 파일을 만듭니다.

- 받는 항목: 이름, 연락처(전화번호 또는 이메일), 회사 · 기관(선택), 고른 문의 내용(공간 종류, 필요한 것, 넓이, 일정), 추가 메모(선택), AListen 진단 요약(사용자가 붙인 경우). AListen 샘플 · 방문 요청은 받을 주소를 함께 받습니다.
- 목적: 문의 답변, 상담과 견적, 요청한 샘플 발송과 방문 일정 조율.
- 보유 기간: 문의일로부터 1년 뒤 파기합니다. 계약으로 이어진 경우에는 관련 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.

ALgruppe App Privacy Policy
Summary: ALgruppe apps do not collect personal data. Sound from the microphone is used only on your device for calculation and processing, and is never sent to us. The apps send no user data over the internet, use no advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and have no accounts.
This policy applies to all apps ALgruppe Co., Ltd. ("we") provides through the App Store (the "Apps"). It has common principles followed by app-specific details.
1. Personal data we collect
The Apps do not collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or device identifiers. There is no account or sign-in.
2. Microphone, audio input and sound
- The Apps use the microphone (audio input) only if you allow it. You can change this at any time in iOS or macOS Settings.
- Sound from the microphone is used only for measurement, analysis or effects processing, and is never sent to us.
- Whether sound is ever saved as a file differs by app; see the app-specific details below.
3. Information stored only on your device
To work properly, the Apps store settings and the results you create only on your device. This is never sent to us, and we cannot see it. It is deleted when you delete the App. If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, it may be included in that backup under Apple's backup policies.
4. Export and sharing
Files are created only when you tap Export or Share, and the iOS or macOS share sheet (or save panel) then opens. You choose where to send them; from then on they are handled under the policies of the service you chose. We do not receive these files.
5. In-app purchases
Paid features are sold only through Apple's App Store in-app purchase. Apple processes the payment and payment details; we do not receive your payment method or Apple Account information. The App only checks the purchase record that Apple provides on your device.
6. Sharing with third parties
Because the Apps collect no personal data, we do not share, outsource the processing of, or transfer personal data to anyone, in Korea or abroad. The Apps contain no third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics or tracking.
7. Children
The Apps do not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 14 (or under 13 in the United States).
8. Your choices
All App data stays on your device, so you can delete it at any time using the App's own features or by deleting the App. You can turn microphone, notification, motion and local network access on or off at any time in iOS or macOS Settings.

10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version and its effective date on this page. If a change would mean an App starts collecting personal data, we will announce it through that App's update notes and this page before it takes effect.
App-specific details
ALauris — sound level meter iPhone · iPad · Mac
- Microphone: used only to calculate sound levels (dB) and frequency content in real time. Sound is never recorded or saved as a file.
- Background measuring: the App keeps measuring when not on screen only if you turn this on (iPhone and iPad). On Mac, measuring can continue in the menu bar after the window is closed. The system's microphone-in-use indicator is shown meanwhile.
- Stored on your device: app settings, calibration values and history, your device model name (to choose the typical calibration value), microphone correction files you import, measurement logs (sound level values, one per second), and background noise ratings including the room names, conditions and position notes you enter.
- Export: CSV and PDF files are created only when you tap Export.
- Notifications: sound level alerts are local notifications created on your device; no external server is used.
ALecho — room acoustics check iPhone · iPad
- Microphone and speaker: the App plays a test signal (sweep) through a speaker and records it with the microphone to analyse room acoustics, such as reverberation time and background noise, on your device.
- Recordings: measurement recordings stay in the App's memory while being analysed and are never sent to us. Only when you tap Share are the recording (WAV) and result files (CSV, text) created in the device's temporary folder and passed to the share sheet.
- Stored on your device: app settings (for example, easy or expert mode).
Website enquiries and AListen
Sections 1–8 above cover the Apps. Project enquiries on our website (algruppe.com) and AListen consultation, sample and visit requests collect the following information, which you enter yourself, so that we can reply and advise you.
- What we collect: name, contact details (phone number or email), company or organisation (optional), the options you choose (type of space, needs, size, timing), any extra note (optional), and an AListen result summary if you attach one. AListen sample and visit requests also collect a delivery or visit address.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry, advise and quote, send requested samples and arrange visits.
- Retention: deleted one year after the enquiry. If it leads to a contract, we keep it for the period required by law.
- Processors: enquiries are stored on Google Cloud servers and logging in the Seoul region. [Add any notification service used, e.g. Slack or Google Chat]
- Recorded automatically: to prevent abuse, your IP address is recorded only as an irreversible hash. The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies or tracking tools.
- Stored only in your browser: your language choice on this page, and the room details and result summary you enter in AListen. These are never sent to us and are removed when you clear the site's data in your browser.
- Marketing: we send news only if you separately agree to it.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal data using the contact details in section 9, and we will act on it without delay.
